I also get very inspired by the landscape. So, the trees, the swamps, the mountains, you know, the various different lands that we have around here. The land that our ancestors walk on, that we walk on today and that our future generations will walk on.

This artwork is about our journeys. So travelling and finding new adventures. It's about everyone's individual pathways that might intertwine along the way and also just finding new experiences while also paying homage to that landscape again.

My art uses traditional symbols that we still have today. That was passed down from my family so that we can still show those symbols and show those stories through that traditional language as well.
